- For Schools and Admins:
Admin Email Address: Collected to facilitate communication and support.
School Contact Details: Collected for account setup and service delivery.
Subscription Details: Maintained for billing and service purposes.
2. Data Access
Student Data: Only the respective school has access to student data (names and emotional entry logs). The SEL Hub does not have access to or store this information.
Admin and School Data: Admin email addresses, school contact details, and subscription information are accessible only by authorized SEL Hub personnel for service-related purposes.
3. Data Storage
All data is securely stored using industry-standard encryption and security measures.
Student data is stored exclusively on the school’s platform and managed under the school’s profile.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Schools can request deletion of all stored data. Upon such a request, all relevant data will be deleted from the SEL Hub platform within 7 working days.
The SEL Hub retains admin and school data only as long as necessary to fulfill subscription services or comply with legal requirements.
5. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We do not share any data with third parties.
The SEL Hub operates with strict confidentiality and ensures that all collected data is used solely for the purpose of delivering and improving our services.
